Excellent workmanship & service. This is the place to take your BMW. Greg, Katrina, and the rest of the crew are honest, knowledgeable and do great work.
If you're looking for cheap servicing, look elsewhere. Greg & Katrina charge a fair price for high quality work. They don't offer quick-fixes or band-aid solutions. They will painstakingly disassemble an entire V8 to fix the root cause of an issue. All parts are genuine BMW. I've been visiting for over five years and I say with absolute confidence: This is the BMW specialist you have been looking for.
The workshop is clean, well-organised, and stuffed full of fantastic BMWs from every era. It's well worth booking in just to have a chance to see all the other cars.

I leave this review to extend my sincere and genuine thanks to Greg. He has looked after our BMWs throughout the family for years. When we commit to the purchase of these cars, we expect a driving experience that is second to none. Greg not only knows the cars intimately and professionally, he is able to understand the knock on effect of not resolving related problems - in time before they cost you .
Recently, I took my car for a pink slip to a local mechanic who mentioned that a major oil leak was found and would cost a fair bit to fix. Upon routine service - Greg inspected the car and confirmed no work was required to that extent. For those who mention prices and up sell my thoughts to you are greg has the expertise to keep you safe and the longevity of your BMW at his heart.

Greg is very knowledgeable and very experienced. Just this morning he helped me with a tricky job.
Greg will be doing all easy and hard service jobs for all my BMWs from now on.
And for all BMW owners; you need to decide how well you want to maintain your car.
- I under maintained my first BMW and I was stung as it aged because service costs were higher than planned and the sale prices was less than it should have been.
- I was on schedule with my 2nd BMW and did everything that was required but still cars over 5 years need TLC and I had a few surprises.
- For my 3rd BMW I am proactive with maintenance (Greg is key here). It is 5 years old and drives better than new.
